It has gotten so bad for him he has decided his best talking point is to admit the affair, but deny he ever choked her. When you're stuck with lemons, make lemonade, right?!
Check the attack ad his Democratic opponent Chris Carney—leading in the polls—is airing in his district. Ouch.
