Not much posting tonight, but just wanted to announce that Don Siegelman, the wrongfully imprisoned former Democratic Governor of Alabama, railroaded by Karl Rove's minions in the U.S. Attorney's office, has been released on bond, well in advance of the completion of his sentence.  The judges' opinion on his case?

The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said the former governor had raised "substantial questions of fact and law" in challenging his conviction, which Siegelman claims was politically motivated.
The former governor's release was approved the same day the House Judiciary Committee announced it wanted Siegelman to testify before Congress about possible political influence over his prosecution.

I highly encourage Today's Lies' readers to investigate the Siegelman case further.  It's a horrific case of justice betrayed, dictated from the highest seats of power in our country.
