SNL's Amy Poehler, in my opinion, has never gotten her Hillary impression right.  The voice is too high, the accent too clean, the delivery too deadpan, and her take on Hillary's public speaking ability too polished. 

I think this performer—one Rosemary Watson—more or less nails it, especially the voice:
