I wasn't the only one who thought it was one of the worst delivered speeches in recent modern politics. It was like he was having some sort out of body experience, with his voice saying one thing, while his brain was thinking another. He padded that with a singsong dialect that sounded at times like someone unfamiliar with the English language.
At basic public speaking, he's a flop. Lucky for him, this fact won't count for much against his opponent this fall.
