I just finished reading the article by Ryan Lizza that that New Yorker cover ran with. Frankly, it's shocking.
It appears that this man who captured the Democratic nomination for president by age 46, once long ago in the Windy City of Chicago used unprecedented networking skills, ruthless tactics, and yes, even political hardball to allow nothing to stand in his way on his rise to political stardom.
Oh, the nerve of this man! And all this time I thought he'd done it handing out Do-si-dos!
